Founded 1998
Cloudmanic Labs since 2005
Independent · self-funded

Founded in 1998 by Spicer Matthews as Matthews Etc. in New York, the company moved to Oregon in 2001 and became Cloudmanic Labs in 2005.

Cloudmanic Labs is independent and self-funded, with more than twenty-five years of building and operating software. The team that ships Skyclerk, Harbor, and Feasible and teaches Options Cafe is the same team behind every client engagement. Products are run for the long haul: no product has ever been shut down with customers left behind, and prices for existing customers have never been raised. Entrepreneurs first, engineers second; that order matters.
